Produce Two Unofficial Events at NYCC In The Same Week
Adult Swim wanted to dive deep with New York Comic Con fans by providing them with two larger than life unofficial activations: The Tyrannic Maiden Voyage, an Adult Swim themed party on a ship that sailed the Hudson River and The Robot Chicken Season 8 Screening Party at Brooklyn Bowl.
Top To Bottom Event Production Management & Execution
The Syndicate led both events from pre-production to onsite execution. Including managing curation, communicating with venue partners, overseeing audio-visual needs, and handling fabrication. We procured and distributed custom-branded materials, sourced food and beverages, and managed attendee RSVP and check-in before and during the events.
