SITUATION

Creating a social presence for a nonactive band.

After the passing of Mark Sandman in 1999, Morphine disbanded and was no longer a band. We were tasked to start socials for the band and build a digital following to preserve the band's legacy.

SOLUTION

Create a loyal digital following.

We created profiles across all socials and quickly started building a following by sharing unique clips and photos of the band. We've collaborated with other accounts to raise exposure, along with telling the story of the band through the social posts.

Built a loyal audience that were converted into customers for sold out vinyl rereleases. Supported Mark Sandman’s birthday with a walking tour of his hometown and a sold out after show concert. The page continues to grow with over 100K followers on IG and has led to partnerships with Eastwood Guitars and other merch opportunities for the band.
