WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Syndicate is seeking qualified visual media students to join our dynamic internship program. Our Video, Design, & Content Creation Interns get the opportunity to work with our creative designers on a variety of client accounts– spanning musical artists, comedians, podcasters, record labels, and conferences/events. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about video and design, and is eager to apply their knowledge to the entertainment marketing realm.  

Our design interns get the opportunity to develop a wide span of creative assets, including:

  • Editing short form video content for social media accounts
  • Editing concert/promotional photos for social media accounts
  • Conceptualizing & executing tour posters/show announcements (for digital and print)
  • Developing physical material designs for packaging
  • Brainstorming design ideas & developing branding mood boards 
  • Ideating and actioning creative concepts for clients
  • Pulling content clips and organizing video files
  • And more!

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: ­

  • Someone who lives and breathes passion for music, comedy, entertainment, lifestyle trends, and/or pop culture
  • Someone who has a finger on the pulse of current social media platforms and trends (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, & Twitter)
  • Strong video editing skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects
  • Working knowledge of visual trends and standards within social media
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • A self-motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn
  • Superior attention to detail and capable of working on multiple design projects at a given time
  • Ability to multi-task and take direction in a fast-paced environment

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:

  • Must be enrolled in a matriculated program, in pursuit of a degree at an accredited institution
  • Must be able to earn college credit
  • Must be able to commit to working remotely, on a hybrid schedule, or in-office from 10am-6pm, 2-5 days per week (exceptions offered on a case-by-case basis due to class schedules)
